Ash plantain Fried 

Ingredients:

Ash plantain 200 Gms
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

Skin and slice ash plantain into thin slices or ½ inch cubes. Either way is fine.

Mix all the pieces with the chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder well so that all the pieces are well coated.

In a frying pan deep fry this little at a time until crispy.

You can keep this in a freezer and use later when you have to warm up in a hot oven for few minutes well supervised. They will be as fresh.
