Prawn sambal

Ingredients:

Raw prawns shelled and cleaned 250 Gms
Onions 1 medium
Dry chillies 3
Tamarind paste ½ teaspoon
Garlic 5 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tablespoons

Method:

Boil prawns in water and drain.

Grind these cooked prawns with dry chillies, tamarind, salt, garlic, and onions to a paste. In a pan heat oil and stir this mixture until well cooked and dry.
