Ladies finger - Fried
Ladies Finger 200 Gms
Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Oil for frying
Onion 1 Large
Clean and cut ladies finger into ½ inch long pieces, discarding the stalk and tail ends.
Mix with chilli powder, Turmeric powder and salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Deep fry in oil.
Slice onions and deep fry them until they become golden brown. Drain and remove.
Mix the fried ladies finger with the fried onions in a frying pan. - No oil needed at this stage.
Remove from fire.
